Sneak Peek & 7 Ways to Update Your Powder Room

We kicked off the year in the planning stages of four bathroom renovations. Yes, you read that correctly, 4! And yes, they are all in the same home. A master ensuite, main bathroom, powder room and basement guest bath are all on the chopping block for an overhaul in this 1980’s Calgary home. Our clients love their location however certain aspects of the home were in need of some help. I mean, we’re talking carpet in the ensuite people! A change needed to happen.

With the powder room being off the main living area and those areas not undergoing a renovation, we made sure there was a connection point, yet had fun with the finishes and materials. We were thrilled to include a classic wallpaper from Cole and Sons as well as a pink wall sconce over the vanity.

Powder rooms are a great space to add interest and unexpected details. It’s a room where not a lot of time is spent, so why not embrace it for all it’s worth and and have some fun?!
