Sylvan Lake Cottage Part 4: Media Room
We're making our way through a completed cottage project in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. We've shared the living room, kitchen and dining room, master suite and now we're moving into the media room, the hangout zone of the house.
This is one of my favourite spaces in the home with it's massive royal blue velvet sectional, fit for 6-8 people, a yellow leather round tufted ottoman and a gallery wall filled with love and memories. And of course who wouldn't want a teepee to hideout in too?!
We filled a wall floor to ceiling with Stikwood to add warm and texture and the barn door is the perfect accompaniment for privacy and cool factor. Now bring on the popcorn!
